The Edible Hatters
 Food for Thought

The First Annual
Edible Hats

When: Saturday, April 27th, at 10 a.m.
just before the Butter & Eggs Days Parade.

Where: Cavanaugh Center on the corner of 8th and G in Petaluma.

Why: To give us all an excuse to wear edible hats, obviously.

Two categories:

Best Adult's Hat
Best Child's Hat

The two winners will get something super fabulous and have the honor of riding on our float in the parade.

To be eligible to win, a contestant must wear his or her hat to the judging venue and, if selected as the winner, be willing to ride on the Edible Hat float in the 2019 Butter and Eggs Days Parade.

A decorated hat must be at least 75% (by volume) edible (by humans) and be able to retain its shape for at least five hours after the judging.

To be eligible for the Child's Hat contest, the wearer must be twelve or younger.
